As my husband summed up perfectly, this place was a "dream realized". Kim's home is beautiful, with everything one could possibly need to enjoy the beach, just steps from the house through a lovely backyard and gate. There were plenty of beach and lounge chairs, snorkel equipment, paddle boards, fins, a kayak, and a perfect lower deck to practice yoga (bring your mat). The pictures don't do it justice! Needless to say, we did not want to leave. The property is private and is one of the very few (two, I believe) houses on St. Kitts with direct beach access. The snorkeling was wonderful - tons of fish, beautiful huge rays of different types, sea turtles...nearby Reggae Beach has rustic bars with outstanding food and service, and Spice Mill Restaurant is just a 5-minute drive away. We loved the view of Nevis and even on the rainy days, the magic of the ever-changing weather was wonderful. Thank you, Kim, and thank you, Max - the perfect house manager and new friend! Highly recommend.

The Turtle Cove Beach House is absolutely gorgeous. Breathtaking views from the bedroom and patio. Very private. Had the beach, which was steps away, basically to ourselves. Loved it. Max was great. Had awesome local recomendations and even met him at the Mangofest in Nevis. We had a great time.

This was our second trip to St. Kitts and we were thrilled to stay at TCBH. The house is right on the ocean looking out at Nevis. Breathtaking views! The house had everything we needed and Max made sure that everything was set up for us and took great care of the property and us. Kim was also great at keeping in touch and making sure everything was in order. We were a bit worried about the seaweed that washes over the entire Caribbean this time of year and Max even made arrangements for us to cover that off. Fortunately, it didn’t end up being an issue and we were able to fully enjoy the beach and water. Turtle Beach is a bit far and you definitely need a car to get around. There are a few beaches and restaurants in the general area but nothing within walking distance. The house is secluded and private so if peaceful relaxation is what you are looking for, it is the perfect place. I would definitely stay there again.

Five stars in every aspect. The communication with the owner was tops. Upon securing the reservation I was passed on to the on-island property manager, Max. Again, the communication was flawless. Upon arrival we were met by Max, who gave us a complete tour of the house and property and left us with a contact number in case of problems, of which there weren't any. The house is immaculately maintained to the highest standards. Everything from the kitchen utensils/pots/pans to the bath and bed linens were in very good condition. The house and yard were spotless. My wife and I love to snorkel and after reading about the snorkeling in St. Kitts, I didn't have very high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was right outside in "our " backyard. The beach behind the house is not privately owned but it may as well be. The location helps it stay hidden from tourists while still being close to great restaurants and the town. Thank you again,Kim and Max, for an absolutely wonderful stay and we hope to visit again soon!
