Great location for us to travel to family events.

Nice place nice area. Fridge in kichen did not work. Food spoiled. Grill was dirty. Had carbon from used before and animal dropping. Couch in game room was discussing. Animal dropping inside pull out. Hot tub had stains. NO HOT WATER. We wanted full refund but settled for 50%. I thought of total but only for night. Cleaning fee they charge me $322. I think i should get 50% of that too because home was not clean. When we left i swept and moped. I should have. I do not recommend this home.

The house had many amenities including a pool, hot tub, big back yard, nice deck to relax on, many rooms to gather in or just hang out. You must bring your own towels, including a bath mat and kitchen towels.

Check in went great. The first night no problems as we were tired from two travels days prior. However, things were noticeable the following day when batteries in remotes didn’t work, fans in bedrooms didn’t work, hot tub needs major cleaning, and dryer only runs for 10 minutes then shuts off. We could deal with the smaller things though. Our stays major issue is that during night 4 of our stay we lost all heat in the home during the middle of winter. We did receive some communication from the home owner as they sent a friend to take a look at it but it was deemed the furnace was receiving no power. We were supposed to receive a call for possible alternative and that never happened. We had to supply our own heating source for our last night. Luckily evolve quickly gave us a 75% refund for the two nights we had no heat.
