One of our favorite places to stay, and we will continue to come back. Might just be one of the best areas in St Augustine with the perfect beach and sound views from the condo. We stayed on the beach or in the pool. Beautiful sunrises, falling asleep listening to the waves crash. Can’t ask for much more. Thanks again for a delightful vacation

The condo had so much sand and dirt in the unit when we arrived. My husband thoroughly vacuumed the whole unit right away, but it still made our feet very dirty walking around the unit. We contacted the Property Manager of Coastal Realty on the same day at 4pm. No one answer or got back to us. We made a phone call on the next day to talk to an on-call person and she was very helpful. Cleaning staff came on that second day to clean the floor. We did not pay attention to the check out procedure until close to the checkout date. We realized that this property required to check out at 10 am (earlier than other airbnb we rented before) and there is a long list they required us to do. They want us to do all these things and must move out by 10 pm or we will be charged another daily rate: - take out all the bed linen and towels, then run 2 loads of laundry (1 in dryer and the other load in the washer) - load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher - remove garbage from the unit It was difficult for us to get all these things done and get our luggages out of the unit by 10 am since we have two small kids. Not to mention, we already paid cleaning fee of $136.84 in Airbnb rental. Why do we have to do so much of cleaning here? But if you can do all the required things above, then the condo is a great place. The unit has beautiful view of the ocean. Easy assess with nice sandy beach. We love the location. We will come back if the cleaning issue and check out procedure improve.

Windhjammer location is great. Maybe 200 ft from the rolling waves. Easy access. Building quiet and peaceful. Nice 'neighbors.' This unit well equipped and nicely decorated, beachy but not overdone. Clean. Easy access two floors above the garage - Elevator and/or steps. Coastal Realty (Christine) handled our inquiries super well. So well we opted to add a week to our stay!

Possibly the best Airbnb we have visited and had the pleasure of staying. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and communication for check-in was on point. Everything about this place is amazing. The location is beautiful, the beaches are quiet and relaxing, sunrises are breathtaking. The pool is on the west side of building (opposite the ocean) and is well maintained with bathrooms in the pool area. The condo itself was immaculate with really nice outdoor and indoor furniture. I had back surgery in 2018- so most importantly, the bed was extra comfortable and we slept just as we are able to at home. Also, a nice bonus is a private beach locker in the parking area with all kinds of chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, sand tools, etc for guests to enjoy. My wife and I highly recommend checking this place out, we will most definitely be returning and scheduling the trip around when the Windjammer 209 is available.
