THE VIEW!!!! I loved this place and will most definitely be back.. Very quiet, peaceful and absolutely beautiful location. Clean unit with a well stocked kitchen. I did have one minor concern that I brought to the friendly, responsive host and I have no doubt they already have the issue taken care of.

David's place is such a wonder. This town of St. Augustine is so magical, so David's place, it felt like home away from home, everything is like the photos and description, definitely I'm coming back, me and my family spent 2 amazing nights here, but I wish we could've spent more time here, amazing stuff.

David’s place is just as pictured on the website! Great location to many good restaurants and fun things to do. Beautiful view from the lanai, we enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the water right in front of us! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay, the view can't be beat. The rooms are large and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. The condos were serene and friendly. We plan to visit again.

Wonderful quiet and scenic place on the river and a short drive to the beach. Beds are comfy. Just a note- the pool is not heated, and a bit cold in the winter months.
