Really good location and nice place, was very off put by the enormous list of rules but everything was fine in the end and they allowed a last minute check out time which was super helpful.

The Flat is lovely. Apart from the shower that doesn’t drain and a light in the hallway that flickers, it is lovely. The disturbing thing is the cleaning man. We were approved to drop off our luggage after landing and let it sit in the flat while it was cleaned. I dropped mine but upon return an hour later to drop another colleagues, the cleaning man was taking a shower!! He was rude and obviously had been “caught.” Management offered a sheet change on Sunday and I told them that I was not comfortable after finding him in the shower. Regardless, we came home to a sheet change BUT there was a white, men’s t-shirt on my clothes in the bedroom!! It is most disturbing. I would highly suggest bringing a “nanny cam” to leave in the apartment when you are not there! I am quite disturbed what the cleaning man does in the apartment while cleaning.

Hola , lo único fue regular el agua caliente en la ducha del baño de la tina se hace difícil , calientan mucho las piezas de cobre , el apartamento es grande y cómodo y al no tener que usar ascensor y ser en plata baja es muy bueno , agregar más toma corrientes en áreas de mesas de noche sería bueno ,de los mejores que me he hospedado en Paris , muy buena calefacción si piensas ir en invierno 👍🏻

What an incredible flat, comfortable and in the middle of everything. Though it’s on the ground floor, the apt had plenty of lights and mirrors so it felt cozy and roomy. Rooms were spacious, each with their own TV, and plenty of storage space for long trips. Our family cooked in a few times and the kitchen had everything we needed. Though basics like salt and pepper weren’t available, we were only a few steps from a super market. Our family chose this flat to accommodate my elderly parents and this was perfect. No small stair cases or cramped elevators. Only a small step once inside. Besides that, the customer service reps were in close contact to check on us throughout the trip and immediately attended to one request we had. As promised, they allowed us to drop our bags early so we could explore the city before it was time to officially check in. Highly recommend. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in town!!
