We were a group of 13 people, every single one of us loved the house. You have your privacy but can still hang out together in the common places. Everything Cem describes is true. The reality is so much nicer than the pictures. Very close to Cesme marina. Highly recommend this house for large groups, it was absolutely wonderful.

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful villa, kids and us had a lot of fun swimming at pool and exploring the area. The kitchen had everything you could imagine, a large number of dishes for all occasions. Also we had a great time windsurfing and walking at Alacati which is in 15-20 min drive.

Cem Bey çok ilgili ve yazdığı anlattığı her şey birebir aynısıydı.Kendisi yetişemediği zamanlarda Babası tarafından ilgilendi ve eksik kesinlikle bir şey yoktu.Evin manzarası, havuzu, temizliği,Sakinliği son derece mükemmel bir yer.Kesinlikle öneriyorum kendinizi evinizde hissedeceğiniz mükemmel bir tatil deneyimi yaşayacağınız bir yer.

The house is perfectly located and everything was as described. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool with the superb view. The house is also perfectly equipped with quality appliances. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and was able to give us good tips about things to do in the region. Regarding previous comments I have to say that we had no problem with the wi-fi and the toilets. Don't be worry about the fact that the house doesn't have air conditioning. The fans in the rooms are incredibly good (silent and effective) and we never felt we needed air conditioning although we stayed in august.

This was one of the most beautiful villas me and my friends have stayed in! The villa overlooks at Çeşme and has an amazing view of the sunset. The villa was very well equipped and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and are all en-suite. All rooms have a fan which was much better than having an AC in my opinion. The location of the house is ideal - you can drive to the main beach areas or old town (Alaçatı) within 15-20 mins. We really enjoyed our stay with my friends and would highly recommend any big group that want to enjoy some time out of the city centre!
