This was the perfect location to explore the area and surrounding places of Scone Palace, Perth, St Andrews and Stirling. The house is small but more than enough room for a couple and our medium sized pup. Also a secure garden which was very good for the dog. Area was quiet, no noise and slept well. House was very clean, lovely towells. Didnt really explore the immediate area other than the Loch. Used sainsburys a few times which was very handy. Host communication was very good, we were also met with a lovely bottle of wine and shortbread which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in one of Charlotte’s properties before and this one was ideal for our holiday. We needed to be close to family. The house is in perfect condition and has everything you need. Charlotte is a great host and is very responsive. We would stay here again!

This place was perfect! We were a couple and a single in town for the weekend and enjoyed our stay in Kinross. The location was ideal and very easy yo access many areas of the town as well as walking distance to beautiful Loch Leven. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend! Accommodation was great - perfect for what we were needing; location ideal and some lovely walks nearby. Charlotte was great at communicating, quick as responding and really helpful! We have already booked to return!
