We had a lovely weekend at this beautiful Airbnb. Spacious rooms & everything we needed in the kitchen - even a Tunnock's Teacake treat! Everywhere was very clean, lovely bedding, good shower & nice sitting area outside. Excellent location, only minutes from the High Street, with good bakery, butchers, cafes & shops. We ate at The Kirklands Hotel , The Raj Mahal & had a few drinks at Jock's Bar with friends. All very good. Only a short walk to the loch which has a play area & is lovely for a stroll or to sit & enjoy the view. Great communication from Gabby & Andy. Our 1st time visiting Kinross & really enjoyed our stay & would definitely return to this Airbnb. Thank you for hosting us. Susan & Mark

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot speak highly enough of Gabby and Andy as Airbnb hosts. The property is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout and right in the Kinross town centre! Just a few minutes walk from the stunning Loch nearby and to gorgeous cafes and local shops. Communication was excellent and whenever we needed anything Gabby and Andy went above and beyond to help and be accommodating. 11/10 stars! Can't wait to come back this way again soon and will definitely rebook. The property exceeds anything else the local area has to offer and is a real gem! Plus, it's pet friendly! 😉 The memories and opportunities this property granted us will never be forgotten! Thank you so much 🙏🏻

The Airbnb was lovely, spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed is mega comfortable and the heating was great. Always felt warm and cozy.

We had a lovely stay at Gabby's place - bigger space than expected! It had everything we, and our pet dog, needed for our short Christmas break. Communication from Gabby was great and loved all the extra touches (especially the teacakes!)
