Located beach side on the 19th floor with breathtaking panoramic views of the emerald waters and pristine white sand beaches The Gulf of Mexico. Fully stocked kitchen with new granite countertops and slate appliances. Reliable fast high speed internet throughout. Resort amenities include a large pool and hot tub, a beachside tiki bar serving frozen drinks and beer. A fabulous cafe that serves hot breakfast, pizza, sandwiches & salads. The condo is comfortable and relaxing with both contemporary and whimsical flair. The space will appeal to kids and adults alike. There is a private balcony for sweeping views of both sunrises and sunsets. Sit and listen to the waves right from your living room, and if you’re lucky you might catch dolphins frolicking in the surf.

This was a great place to stay! We loved the view, the cafe downstairs and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay here again!
Layla was the perfect host! Her place was absolutely perfect. The views were AMAZING, it was so comfortable and clean. Versatile sleeping arrangements (we have a 1yo and turns out the bunk beds were ideal for cosleeping with a very active child while my husband slept peacefully in the master King bed! Ha!)

The view is stunning. Great host, friendly and extremely responsive.
We really enjoyed our stay at Laylas place. The views were absolutely gorgeous and the apartment itself was pristine and spacious. We loved waking up every morning and watching the dolphins from the balcony. The pools were very clean and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious! The entire resort is super family friendly. Layla was a terrific host. She was very accommodating and responsive. We absolutely recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

The condo is located right in the heart of Destin with restaurants such as The Mellow Mushroom, and The pancakery within walking distance. There is a grocery store right across the street, as well as a water park and mini golf course. There is a souvenir shop at the corner of the resort.
If the traffic is too much to bear after a day of being on the beach, just stay in and eat dinner from the Cafe on the premises. There are plenty of options for any type of restaurant or attraction that suits your fancy.
The closest airport to Destin is the Destin-Ft. Walton Beach Airport (VPS) located at 1701 FL-85, Eglin AFB, Fl, 32542.
