Our double story home is situated in a quiet upmarket residential area on the slopes of Helderberg Mountain overlooking False Bay. This spacious newly renovated townhouse celebrates colour and a mid-century modern theme. A lush garden and two outside seating areas are ideal for a summer BBQ. A small supermarket with continental style deli, local wines and pharmacy is a 10min walk away, and there is easy access to the R44 that leads to the beach and Winelands. This secure unit – one of only four in the complex – consists of a lounge, open plan kitchen-dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate workspace, and has a remote-controlled lockup garage. The property comfortably accommodates four adults and is ideal for golfers – Erinvale is just 5km down the road – and travellers wanting to enjoy the Cape Winelands and fine restaurants. Free fibre connected Wi-Fi, also connected to the smart TV, is available for your convenience. DOWNSTAIRS is a bright lounge with smart TV (DSTV, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime) and sliding doors that open onto two patios. One patio faces the garden and the other has a lovely view. The garden patio is an ideal entertainment area with its Weber braai and roof that can be adjusted according to the weather. The open plan kitchen-dining area is roomy, celebrates colour and contains all the necessary appliances together with a Nespresso machine and a small supply of basic condiments (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, olive oil, salt & pepper). The bedroom, bathroom combination downstairs is as follows: 2nd BEDROOM: Two extra length single beds, which can be pushed together (but do not form a single unit). Ample cupboard space and brand new mattresses, bedding and linen. 2nd BATHROOM: Toilet, basin and bath with hand-held shower. An internal staircase connects the upper and lower floors. UPSTAIRS has spectacular sea and mountain views from its south-facing windows. There is safe off-street parking for one car in a garage with remote-control access and a door leading directly from the garage into the extra upstairs room. The bedroom, bathroom combination upstairs is as follows: MAIN BEDROOM: A queen sized bed with brand new mattress, bedding and linen. Ample cupboard space. MAIN BATHROOM: A walk-in shower with mixer tap, basin and toilet. There are luxury Egyptian cotton towels, shower gel and shampoo for both bathrooms. Beach towels are available when needed. EXTRA ROOM: A workspace with table, desk lamp, two chairs and easily accessible plug points, as well as a comfortable sofa. For your safety there are Trellidor safety barriers for the patio sliding doors and security gates at the front door and garage access door. A small bolted safe is also available.

Great outlook over the Strand and False Bay, views toward the Cape and Gordons Bay. Attractive safe residential area close to main roads into Cape Town and towards P.E. Excellent host and property.
Our neighbourhood is quiet and safe with no through-way traffic. It's a residential area where people take regular walks with their dogs. A small deli-style supermarket, pharmacy and wine shop is a 20 min walk or short drive away.
