I highly recommend Keith's airbnb. It is not only beautiful inside, but the gardens, pool and mirador made the stay extra special. Keith was very welcoming; he even helped us move from a diffent airbnb to his unit early in the morning. It's always the smaller things that make a place stand out. This one has many extras like high end linens and furnishings. The maid service made us feel very pampered indeed. This is close to everything and the roosters next door were the only noise! We will certainly return when we visit Ajijic again.

Perfect place to stay in Ajijic. Easy walking to everything. The Malecón is a few blocks away. Large one bedroom loft like apartment. It has everything you need for extended stay. Quiet location. The bedroom faces interior yard so extra quiet. The property is very pretty and lush. Lots of flowering trees and vines. Nice heated pool too! Keith was an excellent host. He was responsive when I needed something and also respectful of privacy. I enjoyed my stay there very much. Highly recommend.

The Stay that we had at Keith’s home was excellent. We felt right at home, very safe, lots of beauty to enjoy in the space and the garden of the private home, our living area was very private and we also enjoyed the rooftop view of the town of Ajijic! Keith was a great host. We also discovered some wonderful restaurants within walking distance they were delicious!

This place is fantastic. We have stayed in places all over Mexico and this apartment was the one we felt most comfortable in. We stayed a month and would happily return to stay here again. There were plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, a well thought out floor plan, and all the windows open with full screens to keep out mosquitoes while allowing the cool lake breeze. The gardens were very well manicured. The pool was very comfortable. There is a common propane grill for use anytime you wish. It’s about a 5 min walk to the zocalo and about an 8 min walk to the lake waterfront. Great restaurants all around. Once again it’s a great place to stay for a week or an extended amount of time. Keith, the host/owner, was amazing and probably the best host we had in Mexico (and that’s saying a lot). Highly recommend!

Keith was an incredibly responsive host, going out of his way to make sure things were to our liking. He never intruded on our privacy, but was always available for questions, altogether the perfect host. I used the pool every day, it was toasty warm. Not long enough to do laps, but big enough to get some exercise. The street outside is a bit rough looking, but stepping inside his secure door into the courtyard is like entering an oasis. As the property is 1 street up from the Main Street it is not necessary to get a car, we were able to easily walk to everything we needed. The start of the extensive mountain paths are within 5 minutes of his place. They are dirt and rock so Hiking boots are your best bet.
