Great place to stay for a weekend getaway! Very good location to get away from the city but still be 20mins to the beach!

OVERALL AMAZING LOCATION! Quaint little 2 bedroom villa/house perched up high on supports (at the back), from a steep semi-rural block. As you walk in from the (flatter) front road-side, the AMAZING sweeping view over the Currumbin Valley & down to the popular river swimming hole presents itself. Strolling out to this high back deck (though shallow), you can settle in to the lounge provided with a glass of red & fully appreciate the serenity of this part of the world! Highlights: "Cougal Cascades" Coffee w/ a view: "Currumbin Valley Harvest" Beautiful Food: "Pasture & Co." & "Tarte". Only mild consideration (Michael the host fully explains these in listing description): * Only 2L of drinkable water in the fridge, & 2 x 15L pure water to drink through the stay. So (if you are a family like us staying for 7d) it's definitely going to run out at some point, & you can't drink tap water. Be prepared. * Lovely Horse & Pony next door, but can enter property over low fence. Consider w/ kids.

Michael's place is like a mountain hide-away. It was very clean. The beds are comfy. The steps down to the door are a bit steep so be careful with older folk. The view was lovely. When the rain stopped it was a lovely sunrise. Being a bit further out make sure you take some food. A great place. Thanks, Michael.
