The house was easy to get to, spot on with directions. The neighborhood was older than I expected but house was great & neighbors were quiet. Easy to get to & from from places of interest. My son has been going to the Spring River to fish many years so I glad he was driving. We went to Saddler Falls to fish & watch the eclipse from there! We could have done without the bumper to bumper traffic heading home. Made a 4 hour trip up become a 7 hour trip home! But we loved the trip & West Plains Twin Pines house!

The house was the perfect size for a family getting together for Thanksgiving. We had room to move around and spend time together as we were from 3 states. The only reasons I did not give 5 stars is due to the steps to get in and out of the house as well as closets. My folks are older and the steps in the front and out the side are large and it was harder for them to manage. Not a deal breaker, as we would stay here again, should the need arise but is something that we would consider. The lack of closets was also harder since there are no hooks or anything to hang up coats or clothes. There are plenty of dressers but we were not staying long enough to unpack into a dresser. Either way it did not ruin our family time by any means and they were very responsive when issues arose with the ice maker bringing a bag within minutes of notifying them. This house is pet friendly and the only one I found with a fenced in yard.

Can’t say enough positives about this place and the hosts. Lovely hardwood floors. Soft towels and comfortable bed. The tech for the TV is amazing. Fast internet. Roomy kitchen and perfect location. I extended my stay through mid-October. Highly recommend this place Cleo communicates promptly and is genuinely friendly. 👍👍👍👍👍 Jim
