Was described and priced, as 'luxury and boutique' - it's not! It's a standard garden view apt. in an average complex, with a avg. parking lot. Charging on top of that, an extra $200 for parking! I checked, true luxury apt.'s with parking garages & security are charging btwn $75.-$100., so $200 really? I've stayed in 20+ Airbnb's, but this one felt different, and not in a good way. Empty Corporate Rental that they slapped on Airbnb. A 1 bedroom shell, staged with just enough items to get by. It would have been nice to have a washcloth, baking sheet, floor lamp, etc. May I suggest you cut the price tags off the lamps and find the PIN for the Roku TV. Month long stay but only got access to the gym for the last 4 days, and fireplace was broken until the last 5 days. Told no igniter switch, here's matches-and to blast the gas to start, then just leave it on 24/7. Very disappointed.

Jay was very rich and responsive and did a follow-up to ensure everything was great. I would recommend it here and would stay again

Ok for a few days not for long term Pros: (1) Good location - especially for pets as there are plenty of areas to walk to with easy access (2) plenty of fresh linens and clean apartment Cons: (1) Lack of pad lock for safety - as a female, this is concerning as there was no safety lock on the door and I had to purchase my own alarm system to ensure I could protect myself. (2) Parking and pet fees + towing - we spent $350 on parking and were towed despite having a pass in the car at the time. This happened to three other people within the same complex as well in the same day so it wasn’t an accident. The host did nothing to help and when we asked leasing, they said that parking was actually $15 a month and we needed a sticker in the rear window to even park. (3) illegal Air Bnb and crime in area - we not only couldn’t get codes for our packages but they were stolen and damaged. The leasing office told us the “owner” was running an illegal air bnb as well out of the apartment.
