Very good value for money. New, clean room. Sir Raphael is very understanding and makes sure that guests' concerns are attended. Location is very convenient too, particularly for those on land travel from Metro Manila to Bicol or vice versa, and food shops and convenient store are just beside it. We'll definitely come back again if we need a pit stop on our travel. Thank you Sir Raphael and Casa Reliana!

Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The receptionist in the front desk was also very kind. Location is very convenient since it is in the city. Best to stay here if it’s your first time to travel to Quezon.
