The caretaker is very accommodating, they even grant my request. Would reco staying in thier homestay. Hope you can improve the exterior of the location so it can be easily find.

Superb host! Super kind, easy to communicate and very responsive. The place is exactly as the posting. Linens and towels are fresh and place was clean. They also have water dispenser at the hallway, accessible to all guests. Very thankful to the host, she is responsive. We check-in late and had to extend the stay in Lucena the last minute luckily the room is still available and we easily settle the re-booking. Thanks so much! Highly recommended and will book again when we visit Lucena.

The place was very nice and the host was very accommodating. Its very clean and the appliances all seems new and working well. We didn't have any problems despite the late check in. They have internet, smart tv, netflix, etc. We'd be happy to come back again.

Affordable place to stay. Clean space. Very good deal.
