We had a great time in Tulum at Villa YaxNa. The villa is beautiful and perfect for our group of 10 with lots of great bars and restaurants close by. It looks just like the photos and was clean and comfortable. Emy was very responsive and helped us arrange transportation, a private chef, and a fun boat/snorkeling trip along with tips and suggestions for things to do in town. Check in/check out was easy and Noa, who met us at the house was very nice and helpful. Any time anything came up during our stay, Emy was quick to respond and sort it out. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location. Place needs improvements for the price. Pools had dirty water. Cabinets at kitchen broken.

Very nice Airbnb, I we enjoyed the stay. Very quick to respond with questions. The place seemed a lot bigger in pictures but overall good area and safe area to stay at. The pool wasn’t the cleanest because of the leaves. The sofa beds weren’t really sofa beds but we were able to accommodate well enough. Noa was super helpful too in everything.

Absolutely beautiful villa, exactly like the pictures. Emy was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. Also shout out to Moses and his restaurant next door Maria Con h for an unforgettable dinner during a black out.

Beautiful place. Looks just like the pictures. Only thing is it is a lot of steps, and you have to climb all of them to get to the common area, so if you have a hard time getting around I would skip this. It is gorgeous and Emy was great. The maid was an angel. As far as location there was a lot of places to eat and the convenient store was walking distance. I would stay here again. Thanks Emy!
