We enjoyed our girls trip and stay at the white house on Burnett. Close to everything we wanted to go to, secure, good instructions for arrival, alarms and departure. Spacious house with great beds and linens!

Loved staying here! The house was big enough for 4 adults & 2 kids, kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals. The area is close to downtown shops & restaurants. A little traffic noise, not a while lot of yard space, but overall a great home base to explore Waco.

Nice house. Convenient location. The beds were very comfortable! The host was easy to communicate with. It worked for our family as we were visiting Baylor.

My group did not have a good experience staying here. Although being super close to the Magnolia Silos was convenient, the area felt a little sketchy, especially after dark. Our biggest concern was the multiple cockroaches we came across during our short stay. We were greeted by one in the middle of the kitchen floor when we arrived, another in the bathroom in the morning, and 2 more while we packed our things to stay elsewhere for the remainder of the stay. We noticed several more dead ones in the closets on our way out as well. I let the host know and although he apologized, he responded with, “we have pest control for the property & will get them back out to address it”. Another thing we noticed on our way out was that both trash cans in the driveway were VERY full and infested with bugs/flies/etc…like they had been sitting for a while. I do not think this home should be able to rent out with Airbnb if it has a known pest problem and would not recommend staying here🪳
