Beautifully renovated 3bd/2.5bath early 1900s home with a pool (heated upon request) located 2 blocks from Magnolia and 3 mins to Baylor University. The nearly 1800sqft home was beautifully renovated in late 2023. The Manor is open, warm and inviting with a very comfortably designed living area that opens into the kitchen & dining areas. Beyond the eat-in kitchen you'll find a warm sun-filled reading / breakfast nook overlooking the backyard and outdoor dining areas. The Manor boasts two bedrooms with King Beds & en-suite baths. The 3rd bedroom is filled with lots of natural light and two twin beds. Outdoors you will find a beautifully landscaped yard surrounding the all-new plunge pool. Snuggle up on the outdoor loveseats, kickback and relax by the pool, warm up around the firepit, or gather around the dinner table under the pergola for a family meal.

Our ANNUAL GIRLS TRIP was just PERFECT—5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all the way—from start to finish —just an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE—ANDREW makes you feel like family —as well as maintaining a very professional and courteous manner—we strongly encourage you to make this your next stay as there are many things to do for us Girls—we ENJOYED THE VIBE shopping in McGregor, Magnolia Table, Kim’s 50 Retro Burger place, Pignetti’s Italian, Magnolia Market and The Homestead—Andrew’s Home was super comfortable , relaxing, and super classy with GREAT HOME INTERIOR—the yard is so BEAUTIFUL especially at night with a Full moon shining on his pristine lawn. We felt very Safe and Secure—no problems at all—A/C, hot baths, SUPER CLEAN, and the Coffee Bar were HUGE—very COMFORTABLE BEDS. Definitely our FAVORITE of all the AIR BNB’S that our group has stayed in for the last 16 yrs. Absolutely wonderful house! Spacious home that is beautiful inside and out. The backyard is private with plenty of space that includes a nice pool, fire pit area and covered dining table. There is plenty of private parking behind the house as well. You are two blocks away from all the action of Magnolia and surrounding bars and restaurants. It’s perfect for a girls getaway or for families. Andrew was very responsive, friendly and he has thought of every detail.
This house is darling and was perfectly located! Andrew was extremely accommodating and very responsive. We will stay here again.

The neighborhood is a transitioning area with many of the homes having been renovated and converted to short-term rentals while some other homes have remain occupied by long-term residents and largely unaffected by the recent economic growth in Waco. The immediate area round property includes more than 20 other short term rentals.
The property is fully fenced for your added comfort and security.
Parking is at the rear of the backyard accessible via the alley.
