Charming home that actually looks better than its photos. It has wood floors, a front porch with a rocking chair and a back yard seating area around a fire pit. The home has been thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, creamer and water. We appreciated this! The backyard was so peaceful, with doves and other birds cooing. The bathrooms and kitchen are renovated, but the house has kept its older-home character. We appreciated the motion sensor lighting on the step down leading to the back of the house. We also liked the instructional notes the host placed on the coffee machine, front and back door locks and other places. Covered parking was a plus too. We would stay here again. The only issue we had was street noise at night, but the host provided sleep machines and ear plugs. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Super cute home! We were two couples traveling to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The back yard area and fire pit was so nice to relax and have a glass of wine Cindy was so easy to communicate with! Loved staying here!

Cindy's place was beautiful and very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place when visiting Waco.

This was my second stay at this home. I was so impressed by the home and the homeowner, Cindy. I had no hesitation to stay again. Waco is a great place to visit and this is a VERY comfortable home to spend your relaxing hours together with your family and friends. The beds are very comfortable too! Beautifully decorated! Everything is 15 min or less! Magnolia is 7 minutes away! 🥰
