Thanks Richard for a great stay. Perfect spot for a group long weekend away with lots of small children. The house was functional and clean. Kitchen had plenty of gear and the massive chalk board was a hit. The location was superb and would definitely stay again. Richard was helpful and the late check out was appreciated giving us time for a final beach visit on the last morning.

We had a comfortable and spacious stay with two families due to the ample space. The proximity to the beach was great, and the house was clean overall, making it perfect for spending time with the kids. The prompt feedback ensured a hassle-free experience.

The place was generally nice, great location. Thought having shower soap/shampoo would be a good addition to add. There were a few faults with toilets/showers and screen doors which will need general maintenance. Manager owns next door and we caught him taking pictures through the window which felt a bit weird so we closed the blinds. One of the blankets smelt of vomit which made us question how clean the bedding was.

Richard's house is fabulous and perfect for large groups. Our group was eight adults, two toddlers and a baby. There are multiple bedrooms and living spaces. It's a three minute walk to the beach. The house itself is well equipped and comfortable. Richard went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, and generously allowed a late check out. It's a great house, you won't be disappointed.
