Freshly remodeled spacious house to gather with friends or family.A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day at the beach or visiting places. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, sunny house. Head out and wander through the nearby parks and beaches. Fully stocked kitchen, free parking ,wifi and a lot of other stuff are included. Our house is close to the number one beach in USA the Siesta Key beach. Only 20 min by a car.

My 3 friends came to Sarasota for a rowing camp at Nathan Benderson Park which is an easy 15 minute drive even in rush hour traffic. The house is very spacious and well equipped, including fancy hi-tech espresso machine. Enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub. Host extremely responsive. Great value!!
Peaceful surroundings, however seen there was indeed roaches and hair on the beds.
