Kat is a super cool host! She was always kind and helpful. The room is spacious and comfy, and located in a convenient spot close to multiple grocery stores and bus routes to get to and from campus and the downtown area of State Colege. I 100% recommend!

I stayed at Kat's Airbnb listing long-term for one month. The room matched the description on the listing and was very comfortable. Kat cleared out a small space in the refrigerator for me to keep a few items. Also, there are a couple of shopping centers nearby and different restaurants as well. I had a very nice stay.

Kat was a wonderful, friendly, and accommodating host! Was a great deal for a football weekend, and pretty close to campus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

My husband and I had an excellent stay with Kat! She was such a pleasant and helpful host, from the minute I booked the room, until we left her home. The room we stayed in was larger than we thought, and incredibly comfortable! I feel so lucky to have found Kat’s home on AirBNB. I appreciated her fast and detailed communication, and the thoughtful welcome note in our room! We would definitely stay here again!
