The villa was very nice and spacious, with lovely designs. The bedrooms were spacious and all had en-suites. One of the best features was the large private outdoor courtyard and seating area, which was fantastic. The private rooftop was also great for the lovely view of the sea, the city and the sunset. The location of the villa was very ideal, being placed right in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, with easy access to shops, markets and cafes/restaurants by foot. The walk to La Marsa is quite quick and scenic. All in all it was a great stay, where support was available at any time via messaging/call which made it very easy and stress-free. Thanks again!

Points + : Villa spacieuse très charmante, belle terrasse et toit avec vue magnifique, Très bien situé, en plein cœur du village et à a 15-20 min à pied de la plage, Arrivée simple et flexible, Salles de bain d'époque qui gagneraient à être rénovées, mais ça fait partie de l'ambiance, Points négatifs : il manque des choses essentielles simples à mettre en place : pas de torchons, ni de tapis de bain, ni de nécessaire de base en cuisine (sucre, huile, briquet pour allumer le gaz). Les casseroles/poêles et gaz sont dans un état catastrophique et en nombre insuffisant, C'est une maison traditionnelle donc 2 chambres n'ont pas de volets, isolation très mauvaise, literie moyenne, 1 lit très mauvais, oreillers à nettoyer Pas de lave-vaisselle ni chauffage, Cependant vous pourrez compter sur Anis qui reste très disponible et réactif, j'espère que vous prendrez en compte ces conseils (déjà cités par d'autres voyageurs) afin de ne pas gacher le potentiel de cette magnifique villa !

While Villa Andalusia exudes a captivating charm and enjoys a superb location in the heart of Sidi Bou Saïd, our stay revealed some areas in need of attention. Initially drawn to its picturesque allure, we were captivated by its character. However, upon closer inspection, it became evident that the property's vintage charm bordered on neglect. Regrettably, the bedding and furnishings showed signs of wear and stains, while the bathrooms hinted at aging fixtures needing an update. Despite our efforts to alleviate it by keeping windows open, a persistent moldy odor lingered throughout our stay. Nonetheless, the host's hospitality and responsiveness were commendable, adding warmth to our experience. We were greeted by a friendly host upon arrival who also showed us the Main Street of Sidi Bou Saïd. With some tender loving care and attention to detail, Villa Andalusia holds the potential to truly shine, offering guests a memorable stay befitting its stunning setting.
