非常好的房子，恒温泳池小朋友非常喜欢。我们住了一个星期，一切都很美好。厨房设施齐全，离海边只有几米远，商场，超市，餐厅都在附近，非常方便。

The property was beautiful and looked like the photos. We felt mostly safe in the area as La Marsa is an “upscale” area in Tunisia (by Tunisian standards). The heated pool was beautifully maintained, and the interior and exterior are modern and up to date. We did run into some issues getting additional towels as they only gave us 1 per person for a 4 night stay, as well as only 1 pillow per person. The WiFi did not reach the villa so please know that whoever stays in the guest house will not have access to WiFi. We also had an issue getting a trash bin in the kitchen. Despite multiple requests, it never came. The bathroom lacked anywhere to set your clean clothes or hang towels. The kitchen lacked some basic necessities as well. For Tunisia, I believe this property is up to par. But it did not have everything we needed in order to have a very comfortable stay. If you are expecting a beautiful and walkable beach nearby, you will be disappointed. Overall, I would stay again.
