Dan & Rick were very helpful with recommendations while we were in Cancun. They quickly responded to all of my questions. I advise you to check your messages a couple days before your trip. So they can have you set up to get into the community quickly.

PLEASE READ………!!! Omg where do I start……… If I could give this place a 0 just based off dealing with the host alone I would. Now I’m very transparent and not biased just because I had a terrible experience this place is beautiful clean besides the small bugs. House rules VERY MISLEADING. The host asked me prior who was staying and how many people I told him we do not know who’s all staying where yet but I will provide when land. I asked if we could add another person on top of the 6 maximum they said no over and over which was fine. 4 out of 6 wrist bands were in use after the first day of our stay. We paid for 6 wristbands. At 3am one of the girls we traveled with wanted to stay with us cause her friends left. Security would not let us get the other 2 wristbands that we paid for and made us wait in the lobby for 2 hours cause host wouldn’t answer. Eventually security felt bad and let the girl go up with the wristbands WE PAID FOR.The host was rude and threaten to call police on me

Terrific apartment with even better rooftop pool / hot tub. Walking distance to great food and mall. Will definitely stay again.
