My whole family really enjoyed this house. plenty of room to spread out. even in steep mountains this house had enough flat yard for kids to play. very nice house in every way.

Our family of 9 had a great stay at this secluded mountain home. We were up to ski at Snowshoe (quick 15 minute drive) for a weekend in January 2024 and felt we had plenty of room in the house. The home is very secluded with a great view out the back deck. The home is a little dated and could use a few updates, but we would stay again for sure. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond with anything and everything we needed! I would recommend stopping outside of town to pick up groceries as there are not a lot of options once you get up there, although there is a small grocery 10 minutes away...we did a grocery pickup on our way up at Walmart about 90 minutes outside of town.

We had a great time! It was a ski weekend for us so the proximity to Snowshoe was great. We had 13 (7 adults/6 kids) plus our dogs. The house was cozy but fit us perfectly. The game room provided nonstop entertainment for the grownups and kids. The view is stunning!!!!
