Booked Joan’s home an entire year ago in anticipation of the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. She was the most responsive host that I have ever encountered. My family found the beds quite comfortable. The large backyard with fire ring was enjoyed by all of us during our stay. Very relaxing. We found the attached carport to be a welcome bonus for unloading & loading. The home is the shortest of walks to the Ironton square. Our group enjoyed being able to step out the door & walk to restaurants. But the home still feels secluded.

This was a great place to stay and met our needs. We loved that it was within walking distance of a coffee shop. Host was responsive and great!

This was a great place to stay ! I stayed with my 4 teenage grandkids. Plenty of space for us all ! My only concern was that a couple windows didn’t lock. Other than that everything else was great !! I would stay again !

Excellent stay and a reasonable rate. Cute house, nice little town and the neighborhood gave no cause for concern. Joan was friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend any of her properties!

We were very happy staying at Joan's place! It had lots of space for our family and was very clean and hospitable. Communication with our host was great and we'll definitely look at staying here again!
