As others have already said, the view is phenomenal and we already miss seeing the sparkling blue water of false creek and the twinkling lights of the city night! The balcony is perfect for afternoon and evening snacks and meals. The washer and dryer were exceptional. Simons place was perfect for us, clean, uncluttered and in the most convenient location to explore Vancouver. Simon is a wonderful host who was always immediately responsive to our questions and helpful in every way. 10 stars!

My wife and I had a 1 month booking in July 2023. Communication with Simon was easy and he was very responsive. The apartment was ideal for a couple and perfectly located to do all the activities we enjoy, biking, walking and seeing the sights. The pro's for Simon's place far outweigh the cons and we like reviews that give both sides. Pro's: Outstanding location, close to transport and Vancouver's extensive bike network, False Creek and Seaside walkway Amazing views from the 31st Floor Air conditioning worked perfectly No direct intense sunlight morning or night (south facing) so blinds can be kept open at all times Secure, underground parking Bike storage room Secure and safe building Double glazed windows Bed was super comfortable Fast elevators Comfortable 3 seater couch Cons Parking on the bottom level so had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs to elevator (not a big issue) Pool was disappointing (small and not very inviting) Blinds in bedroom were not blockout for sleeping

My parents had a great time staying at Simon‘s place. Simon is a nice host. The condo is at great location with nice views.
