If you are looking for a short or long stay. This is a place to be. Great location, very accessible, it has nice overlooking view. Pretty decent and clean. Host was very accommodating and responsive. I like the place and I will definitely book the place again.

Had a great staycation here at Anne's place. Perfect location, shops are just around the building. Budget wise you get what you paid for. Will surely book this place again if still available. 'Til next time!

These are the pros and cons we encountered during our stay: PRO’s 1. We were told that the bed are good for 2pax only when in fact we specifically indicate that we are 3pax. We ended up sleeping on the floor using the available mattress just so we can sleep comfortably. 2. We’re supposed to check in at 5pm but we were meet by the host almost 7pm. 3. Upon check in, the bulb at the CR was busted (the host replaced it by getting the bulb in the sala) 4. No sofa, but there’s monoblocks (thank God) as the dining chairs are quite unstable. 5. We cannot cook as we need to minimize the used of electricity since it’s thru load though airbnb says guest can cook 6. Linens, like blankets & towels didn’t smells good so we didn’t use them 7. AC didn’t cool that much but good thing there’s a fan CONs 8. Internet was really fast 9. Host was easy to contact 10. We enjoyed the used of pool
