I recently stayed for 5 weeks while I waited for my new house to be ready and found the information given was accurate. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and very well equipped. Jonathan was welcoming, friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The accommodation is conveniently situated and the surrounding countryside lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone stay there.

Lovely rural setting with loads of footpaths and little lanes through fields and woods plus The Devil's Punchbowl a half hour walk or a short drive away. Close to a good pub and choice of local market towns with shops, cafes, restaurants, easy access to the A3 and rail station an hour to Waterloo. The loft itself is compact but beautifully appointed, the perfect hideaway.

I was disappointed with a few things here. There was no warning of the loud construction work by the host which took place under my room, including on Saturdays, Sundays and into some evenings for the duration of my stay. Secondly, I asked the host one morning if he could check something by the main door to the room, there was no need to go in, so I felt my space was invaded when he continued to look further around and in the bathroom without asking permission. Thirdly the shower was unreliable, there was often no pressure.

Great place to stay, especially if you have work to get done or need somewhere to stay for a while, as there is superfast WiFi access. The flat only has skylights, so no window views, but the surrounding location is beautiful and peaceful. The flat has well thought out amenities, such as a microwave that's also an oven, and a shared washing machine and drier. The host also charges an additional £5 a night for the additional parking mentioned in the listing.
