Amelia's and Piers's place is absolutely fantastic: everything as on the photos and better! Place was clean and tidy, we were welcomed by them after self check-in. And they always respond within minutes! Loads of beautiful walks, private and peaceful cabin. The recommendations given in the folder were really useful and we loved a pottery and Applegarth farm. I'd recommend to people like me with cold feet to bring slippers or warm socks. But cabin had everything for self-catering, ane good rest. It was perfect choice to celebrate our wooden wedding anniversary. I hope we will be back again soon!

Gorgeous cabin in a gorgeous spot. Everything as described. We had everything we needed (I was with a young child and a dog, and we mostly self catered). The cabin is spacious, sturdy and well-insulated.

Thank you so much for the privacy you have given us during our little get away. We have had nothing but peace and harmony during our stay. Thank you for the sweet and thoughtful gesture of leaving us a little bottle or something to celebrate our newly chapter in our life, for considering the moment for us was very special. Your home is lovely and it’s as if through every window we had a landscape of art - it was absolutely lovely there. Was a lovely cabin in stunningly beautiful surroundings and so very peaceful. We stayed for five nights. As the living room is also a bedroom for two others, I found it a little strange there weren’t any blinds at the front window and door and the back window, I understand people like to see the lovely views, but to be completely private in the evening when the lights on we would have liked. The hot water was a bit of an issue for us, it’s a small tank so one of us needed to get up early to get showered then get the booster on a wait for it to heat up again before the other could get ready. Also no big bins outside, so had to carry bottles, rubbish and recycling down the walk path and then around to put it in the owners house bins on the road. A small place to sit outside and enjoy the wooded area would have been lovely.Just a few things that would have made it perfect, but we had a lovely, peaceful week away together. Thank you.
