This house was perfect for our stay in McKinney. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we could have ever needed. The house location was great, too! We would definitely stay here if we're ever in the area again.

We headed south from the Midwest to visit my brother’s family— we’re so glad we found Burdick by the Brook! The space was really clean and great for our family of four. There was plenty to do during the day— swim (the pool was cold since it’s only spring, but the kiddos didn’t seem to mind), visit local parks, and explore the downtown shops. It was great to come back and unwind with plenty of space to cook and share a meal, play games, and watch a show. Earl and Cynthia were responsive, checked in several times during our week-long stay, and made us feel right at home. We’ll be sure to recommend to other family coming down to visit!

The space was exactly as described and pictured. It was spacious enough for a family of five. We came in town to visit family and shop. This home is close to downtown McKinney, Allen Premium Outlets, and local food spots. Most importantly, it was close to family. They were able to drop by for a few hours each day we were there. Everything was perfect! This place was a great home away from home for my family during Spring Break! Thanks Earl & Cynthia for such a great experience!

Make sure to book this place. Great location, great responsive hosts, and we felt right at home. 5 stars all day. Wish we had more time there. No doubt we would go back and stay there again!
