Make some memories at this peaceful and family-friendly cozy cottage. The home has been recently remodeled to show off it’s unique charm. This home sleeps 6 comfortably. The home also features a separate flex space that can be used as a kid’s game room or hang out. We are just under a mile away from the historic Downtown McKinney Square that features great restaurants and lots of shopping for you to enjoy. This home has 2 bedrooms with a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress in main bedroom and queen size bed in the secondary bedroom. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. There is an additional flex space in the backyard that features air conditioning, a queen size sleeper sofa, smart tv, game table with games, and an arcade game with 14 games included. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials that you will need to make sure your stay is worry free. Washer dryer on premises.

We stayed at Blue Bonner for 3 days and loved every minute. Such an amazing location, wonderful neighborhood, peaceful, close to downtown McKinney. The home was cozy and comfortable, with everything needed, and the guest house in the back was so much fun. We felt right at home. Sarah has done an incredible job creating a fun family friendly home. Everything was perfect!
