Also close to grocery, shopping, dining, gas stations &hospitals. This home has been recently renovated and has been newly furnished for a nice, comfortable stay. The entrance takes you into the living room where you can relax and watch streaming services on a 55 inch Roku TV, enjoy some classic board & card games. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with a super comfy and firm 12 inch zinus green tea mattress. The side tables have modern lamps with either a built-in usb outlet or both a usb and power outlet. A desk and chair is in each bedroom to give our guests a dedicated space to do things such as working on your laptop or surfing on your tablet. The master bedroom has a jack and jill style bathroom. When bedroom doors are closed, bathroom is still accessible for others. The 2nd bedroom near the laundry area also has a private full bathroom, meaning if bedroom door is closed, bathroom is not accessible. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms towards the back of the house also contain a foldable floor mattress in the closet for extra guests to sleep on. The laundry room contains an electric washer and dryer for guest usage. The kitchen is fully stocked to provide your basic essential needs to prepare meals for your stay, a Keurig and kettle for tea. The dining table sits in a smaller space in corner of the kitchen breakfast nook with seating for 4 with 4 extra chairs in the closet. The door in the kitchen leads to a large patio and big backyard. The entire backyard is fenced & fully enclosed. The patio has an aluminum table & 4 outdoor chairs to enjoy the outdoor space. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars and guests can also park in the street in front of the home.
