A great airbnb if you are paying £150 a night, be very aware of local events to avoid paying too much like we did! We were expecting a higher quality for the rate we paid. The sofa was collapsing and the floor needs a deep clean. Can’t fault the host, very responsive and friendly despite issues. The bathrooms and appliances were all new and great. Really comfy beds with UGG pillows and blankets - super soft. Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer all new. Pool / table tennis table - great fun. Back yard is tired and in need of some landscaping (cracked concrete). Two very big trees means it’s in shade almost all day and alot of leaves. Great for shade but means pool stays very cold (it was also April!). Firepit is a gas fire in the table. Garden furniture is a table and seats, single and sofa style, functional but could be better. Good location, responsive host, comfy beds, well equipped but make sure you are getting what you pay for!

Emily was very responsive and helpful during our stay. She answered every text within minutes. The beds and couches were very comfy. The neighborhood was very peaceful with a multiple parks near by. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful home, amazing place to stay . Feel just like home, the bed was so clean and comfortable. Emily was so sweet and very nice . Everything was so clean and she had everything you needed there just like you would at your own house . Towels. Shampoo and conditioner, body wash . Dishes , even seasoning to cook with . I’m definitely going to stay here again , when coming back to Dallas . Thank you Emily ☺️

This is a gem of a house. The pool is beautiful and private. It was a little chilly for swimming, but it was still nice to sit poolside by the fireplace. The kitchen is one of the most well-stocked I've found at an AirBNB. Everything I needed was there. The pool/ping pong table was also great fun. If you're looking for a great spot that's quiet, close to the highway, and spacious, this location can't be beat. The host also had snacks and sodas waiting for us on arrival. What a great touch!
