Peaceful + Updated Cottage located near the Historic Downtown McKinney. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home includes all the comfort and conveniences of home with the luxuries of a hotel such as fresh linens, complimentary toiletries, coffee, and creamer. The home is only 1 mile from the Historic Downtown McKinney square. Outdoor features include a fully fenced backyard, front porch, large covered back patio + string lights, and driveway for convenient parking. There is an age requirement of 25 years and older. We do allow pets. We also allow small events or gatherings of about 25 people or less. Quiet hours are from 11PM and later. Events or get togethers are an additional $75

I give this 5 stars! The house was nice, clean and we felt at home! The backyard patio was nice! Plenty room in backyard. Nice neighborhood! We came for total eclipse, and we didn't have to go anywhere to fight the crowd to see it, we were able to sit in the back yard to watch it. Nice! The host was responsive, I recommend this place! 👌 when we make our way back to Mckinney, we will look this house up again!

We had just an overnight but a great property. The large fenced back yard backs up to a nice family park. It’s just a few minutes from the really cool downtown. Great home and hosting…would definitely stay again!!!

Peaceful, quiet, unique custom historic homes fill the streets. Only 1 mile from the lively and happenin' historic downtown McKinney square!
The home is about 2 miles from the Cotton Mill, Cotton Gin, and near other wedding Venues! McKinney is located just north of Allen, Plano, Richardson and Dallas and East of Frisco, The Colony, etc.
Outside of the shopping and entertainment within walking distance, there is also TONS of main chain stores within a short drive. Near Allen Premium Outlet Mall, Watters Creek, Allen Convention Center, Shops off 380 and Eldorado Parkway, Shops at Fairview, and Stonebriar Mall. Chances are if you need something and you can't find it in downtown McKinney, you will find it within a 5-10 minute drive.
Short drive to Frisco Texas, The Star Frisco, Shops at Legacy, Allen Eagle Stadium in Allen Texas, Allen Convention Center, Cotton Mill, Cotton Gin, Plano Texas, and all the other North Dallas attractions!
