Bryan was always responsive to our needs and very kind to facilitate our parking even though we’ve already checked out. Just a heads up there’s two short flight of stairs to climb through before getting in the apartment just in case you have big luggages with you. Other than that we didn’t have any problems with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Prior to arrival, Bryan’s communication was prompt, friendly, informative and helpful. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean and exactly as described with all the essentials supplied and the beds were all made up. The apartment is perfectly located for the DLR transport with Lewisham train station less than 5 minutes walked and access to central London is exactly as described and it only takes 40 minutes approximately to get to the main attractions. Bryan’s advice to take the taxi boat was brilliant and it really is a must do whilst you are here, passing under London Bridge and through Canary Warf at night was amazing. Bryan was on hand over the phone to answer any questions, all in all the perfect host.

Bryan was extremely helpful and made everything really easy. He sent over very clear instructions from how to check in to where to park and was very responsive. This made it very easy for us to locate the building and the car park. Would highly recommend ☺️
