Absolutely loved my stay, host was very responsive and helpful and just a phone call away if need of anything. Apartment was very clean and very homely. Location was great near the train station easy access and shops within walking distance. I have no fault with the stay and experience loved my stay. Would definitely book again in future. We had a peaceful and ideal stay at the apartment, which was a dream for our family. It was impeccably clean, with a vibe that suits anyone and plenty of room to relax, with tall ceilings and large windows. Also, the design is stunning, featuring a lovely patio with a view of trees. House is a stone's throw from the Lewisham Shopping Centre and good takeout options. Plus, catching a bus is so easy with a stop just outside. I even found the distant rumble of the early morning trains soothing – it's really that quiet :). There was a slight hitch at first with the hot water in one bathroom, but we reported it and worked it out. Otherwise, the kitchen and second bathroom were perfect with all the appliances one would ever need. Nothing else to complain about. The property managers were fantastic too – always on hand and quick to solve any issues we had. We'd definitely come back to stay if it’s available.

I booked it for my elderly parents. It's a ground floor flat. There was a small hiccup with the heating, and the host did everything to solve the issue. Luckily, the weather was sunny and warm, so it didn't bother us that much. Just one suggestion: Add one more sofa, and I think it would be perfect. Overall, it was a great stay and worth the money for a two-bedroom flat with one bathroom, one shower, and two toilets. We will surely stay again.

It is impossible to overstate how much I love this flat. We've stayed here twice now and if it's available, I will stay here each time I return to London. It's a great location, the natural light is amazing, and the back deck is such a space of serenity. I think of this apartment as my "home away from home." I can't wait to get back!
