Baris’ place is gorgeous. Close to town (not really walkable from town unless you want an uphill leg workout) with a beautiful view of the bay. It’s huge and all amenities were listed (just be aware that no shampoo/soap is provided) The place is a bit dusty/dirty. Dust collects on the floor and it’s quite noticeable if you walk around barefooted. The pool door doesn’t close/lock properly but I wasn’t afraid of intruders here. The driveway to parking requires some skill as it’s located on a very steep road. But once you are parked, it’s accesible and you don’t need to climb stairs to get into the unit. The views are gorgeous and pretty much every room in this unit 4 has unobstructed view of the bay. Pool is cleaned daily.

This is a wonderful villa, much better live than in the photo. It has absolutely everything, a beautiful pool with a chill-out area and sun loungers, good kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms with beautiful sea views. We are delighted and highly recommend staying in this villa if you are in Kalkan.
