Très belle maison avec une vue incroyable. La route pour y accéder est assez raide et il vaut mieux suivre les instructions envoyées par Mehmet sur Google Maps qui a tendence à faire passer par des chemins très compliqués. Mehmet a été très réactif et tout s’est bien passé

The best part about the property is obviously the view - probably the best in kalkan . Restaurants are about 10 mins drive from the house and the food& service are outstanding in kalkan . Property matched the pictures , 2 big bedrooms with an en suite bathroom each. Overall we were happy with the property , and the amenities , mostly because of the incredible views . There were a few things however that disappointed: there are items in the property that need maintenance / replacing in order for the house to be truly “luxurious” such as the shower drain, there is also mould/damp in the bathroom.We also did not appreciate having workers turn up to the house one day, and a maintenance/ pool cleaning service one morning unannounced. Communication between host and guests could therefore be improved for truly outstanding service and a 5 start rating.

Ideal place if you want to have quality time with your family. Beautiful terrace, amazing view of the sea and coast line. In the evening we enjoyed watching sunsets. Everything is new and spotless clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. As for surroundings, there are fantastic beaches just a 15-minutes' drive away. The ancient town of Potara is definitely worth a visit. Kalkan is charming. Restaurants on the boulvard are overpriced, though. Look for resraurants for locals: they offer excellent food for moderate prices. The host is helpful without being intrusive.

A very beautiful place, very clean and perfect for a small family or one or two couples. The view is splendid, it was the best choice we’ve made for a vocational stay. One should rely on their car to get around - the villa is located on top of a hill.
