Do not Airbnb any properties from“Mikey”. This was the worse and most frightening experience. Little did I know that this is a resort and Mikey does not own the unit. We found out after my kids and I were locked out of the property at 11pm, after a night swim. We were all wet and cold and we called Mikey and no answer. I called the front office and come to find out there is no Mikey, they stated there was no one by that name, that the unit was not reserved in my name and that we were staying there illegally. They sent security to meet us at the unit and they stated we were there illegally and wouldn’t let us in the room until we provided our Airbnb host last name. My kids and I were so confused and scared. First they said it was an illegal Airbnb and that they couldn’t let us back in the room, then they asked for Mikey’s last name and then they removed the whole key system off the door and reset the timer to our check out date. Then they told us to not say anything or complain.

Mikey was an excellent host, and the villa we stayed in was perfect for our little family. Lots to do in the multiple pools, waterslides, games and activities on the condo grounds, and super helpful and proactive in communicating.
