We really enjoyed our stay. We had a corner villa with a great view. The beach is walkable. The villas are clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the pool and the poolside grill was quality food. There are other things to do with tennis courts, volleyball, and pickle ball. Bethany replied quickly to messages. We would stay again!
Our stay at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas was nothing short of exceptional! Bethany was so easy to work with when booking the Villa. She was very responsive and worked with our schedule. She's amazing! The Villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The amenities at the resort were outstanding. We spent our days enjoying the sun by the sparkling pools, relaxing in the hot tubs, and strolling through the beautifully luscious landscaped gardens. The view of the beach from the main pool is incredible. It's unreal! The local attractions and dining spots were spot on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip, but the beach was our favorite part. Our stay at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas was an unforgettable experience. We left feeling rejuvenated and pampered, with beautiful memories. Thank you, Bethany! :) We will be back.

Bethany was a fantastic host for our trip to Newport Beach during December 2023. She was very responsive and proactively reached out with helpful information, tips and reminders. I felt confident that if I needed anything during our stay, Bethany would be reliable and responsive. We had a superb stay at Newport Coast Villas and found the location, amenities, and atmosphere exceeded expectations. I would absolutely work with Bethany again.

Striking bluffs, rolling hills, coastal vistas and Mediterranean architecture make Newport Coast an undeniably beautiful destination. While the beaches are the main attraction, don't think the fun ends there - this particular region is home to countless other attractions like Balboa Island, Hollywood, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, the Segerstrom Center for the Arts and the San Diego Zoo.
