Staying at this Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! The highlight was definitely the movie theatre room, perfect for cozy nights in with friends or family. The pool with its stunning waterfall added a touch of luxury and relaxation to our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the host's attention to detail made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back for another getaway!

Pros: Beautiful home, pool and patio. Amazing views. Comfortable beds and good sized bedrooms. Evan is quick to respond. Cons: Infested with mice. The house smells of them. They can be heard in the walls and seen running around the house. Many mice catching boxes underneath the furniture. The 2nd refrigerator was much needed for our group of 11, but it wasn't cold enough to keep food safe. We used it for storing dry goods and fruit after the mice got into them. These two issues have been mentioned by guests in the past. Washing machine repairman had to come and repair it in order to use it. The house needs proactive maintenance, such as leaking faucets onto countertops, food disposal not working, cushions on outdoor furniture worn and tattered. There isn't a large enough dining table to seat more than 8 in one place. There are many dining areas, but not one for us all to gather. The same goes for a living room. Hard to all gather to watch March Madness Basketball.

Pros: The villa is truly spectacular, the photos don’t do it justice. We were delighted to have our family reunion is such a lovely place. It was spacious enough that we all had some “me” room, but has multiple places such as the game room, theatre, hot tub/pool area, great room, library, etc where we could gather and enjoy everyone’s company. It even has a citrus grove! It is close to fun activities such as the SD Zoo Safari Park. The sunsets/sunrises were amazing. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. Beds were soft with great pillows and linens. Cons. There are some small things that could use some TLC such as the gas grill. Not enough to bother Evan about. Our major concern was the house had a rodent problem. We spotted small mice in the kitchens/great room. Evan was very responsive & called a service that set traps. Other than the rodent issue this home is nearly perfect.
