We had a great stay at the bungalow. The location was perfect for getting into central Cambridge and the area was very quiet both day and night. Both bedrooms were spacious, as was the living room. The off road parking was a bonus and the Tescos Express within five minutes walk was great. The style of the house was dated but that didn’t bother us. The bungalow was warm and cosy. The bathroom was the main letdown- mould in lots of places. There was also some in the kitchen. The back garden was very scruffy and we didn’t want to sit out in it at all. The gardener did arrive whilst we were there but did not tidy the back garden at all. Some of the floor threads between rooms were in a poor condition. Overall we were very happy staying in the bungalow and would recommend it, providing the issues that I’ve highlighted are dealt with.

We (3 adults) were confused by this Air B and B. It was a League-of-Gentlemen-esque experience. Positives: It is in a good location and has parking for two cars. The landlord listened to our complaints. Negatives: The cooker didn’t work and the landlord reimbursed our dinner bill. The house was not clean: there were crumbs on the kitchen and hairs on the floor when we arrived. It looked like someone had just been in there. The house smelled fusty and was run down; there are some maintenance issues: floor trim missing in bathroom, a glass shower curtain that isn't properly fixed to the wall and has caused damp, patches of black mould, unsecured steps (stacked up tiles) into the garden, etc. When we arrived, a chair was wedged behind the front door and it was hard to get in. The offering was basic with no frills. This is a sweet bungalow that has likely been used as an Air B and B since the original occupants passed away or moved to a smaller place / residential home. It hasn't been modernised. When we started packing the cars to leave, we discovered a lady sat on furniture in the garage, waiting for us to go. It was uncomfortable. This would be a perfectly fine air B and B if it was clean, advertised as a sweet and humble bungalow, and charged accordingly. It is misadvertised as a luxury house and garden at £243 for one night. I am perfectly quite happy to stay in a basic clean accommodation but I will complain if you say that basic accommodation is luxurious.

We stayed at Flavio's Cambridge, UK property during the middle of June 2022. It was a great experience to stay there. His property was in good condition when we arrived and Falvio was available on the phone ASAP to resolve any minor issues. Location was very convenient for our family and enjoyed the stay there. He had a great place to enjoy the outdoor as well. Unfortunately, we didn't get the time to enjoy the outdoors. We had only one challenge opening the front door lock sometimes. Flavio agreed to check on that soon. Thank you Flavio, for our great experience.
