Der Aufenthalt im Tree House der Casa Frangipani war traumhaft. Das Tree House ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten dementsprechend eine Menge Platz, uns dort wohlzufühlen. Der Blick von den Terrassen ist einzigartig. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Montezuma. Man kann auf dem eigenen Grundstück einen kleinen Trail wandern und sich im Fluss abkühlen oder auch einfach am Pool entspannen. Johnson, der sich vor Ort um die Gäste kümmert, macht einen mega Job. Man fühlt sich direkt Willkommen und sehr wohl.

Frangiapani was absolutely stunning. Far better than the pictures show. The houses were amazing. Views of Montezuma unmatched. And the grounds were lush and full of fruit trees, you can eat! What an epic place. Will 1000% be back!

This is one of those places where the pictures don’t do justice, it’s better in person. Johnson was an amazing and responsive contact during our stay, the cleaning lady was super sweet, and I cant say enough about the space… Great indoor bathroom, outdoor shower (amazing), two beautiful decks to relax, great bedroom with AC, pool, and a quick/private jaunt through the jungle to the Montezuma waterfall. I would recommend a car, but its not 100% necessary, just be mindful of the hill (clearly stated in the listing). If I ever come back to Montezuma I will be staying here again…Truly incredible!

This place is world class. Highly recommend. I had a few family members stop by as we have a wedding this week, and our host was great in responding and allowing me to have them over. Can not say enough great things. Will come back!

Place was in a good location up the hill from the town with a beautiful view looking out into a jungle valley and out to the ocean. There are two private outdoor spaces and a shared pool which are very nice, however not very toddler friendly as the rails are just horizontal wires and there is quite a drop if you went over. The house was decently clean (we had to rewash many of the dishes) and comfortable, however there is only one AC unit in the bedroom, non in the main area. We had a couple dislikes with this place, the water pressure was terrible (might just need a new shower head) and the hot water didn't work well, so we had some colder showers. Also the host was not responsive at all the first day we were there and only got back to me the next day after several messages, the rest of the time they were responsive. Also the cleaner didn't come after the first day, but did a decent job the other days (minus the dishes). Overall we thought this one was good but a bit overprice
