This space is unbelievable. The ocean view is incredible and we love the sounds of the ocean. It is perfect. The pool and beach area is amazing and the entire facility is authentic and quaint.

David’s place is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Vallarta. It’s a little ways out of town but you can just cross the street and catch the bus that comes about every 10-15 minutes. The condo has everything needed and has a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The sunset views are awesome!

Firstly the positive things. The owner was very responsive, the furniture was extremely comfortable as were the beds. The space is large and bright with fantastic views. Unfortunately there are some negative issues. No hairdryer or soap, although they were subsequently delivered. Master bathroom faucet for hot water is seized and so doesn’t work, same for second bathroom. Master bathroom toilet seat broken, master bathroom shower has chipped tiles, second bathroom shower handle broken, sliding outside door handle broken ( missing a screw) very poor cutlery, no small spoons (tea spoons) and mismatched knives and forks. It really is a shame because it could be rated a ten with just a few dollars spent
