4 bedroom apartment. Perfect location for KSU football games. Expect confusion on parking permit. Overall is was fine just poor communication

First let me say the layout, location, and price was a great value for a KState game! Walkable to stadium and easy to get around. Would recommend and stay again, with a few things to expect. It’s a college type place so keep that in mind. Overall it was somewhat clean but stains on rugs and couches, dusty floors and drain in apartment A shower didn’t work well. There are plenty of sheets, bath towels, and hand towels. There are only four total washcloths and only one bathroom had hand soap. The futon couches are sized for children, not tall adults in our party. The check in and out was super easy with clear instructions and plenty of parking. Walking about 0.8 miles to football stadium. The rooms are very spacious! Suggest an air mattress over the uncomfortable futon couches. They had sheets and pillow cases and a few blankets. Washer and dryer worked. Recommend to others with these expectations in mind!

This AirBNB is perfect for a family gathering. Every room has a mini fridge, bathroom, microwave and sink. The common area has a tv and full kitchen. It was easy to get into and parking was perfect. Washer and dryer and walk-in closets!

A really clean unit that worked out great for our FFA group during state convention. Would definitely like to stay here again next year!
