The property itself was beautiful with stunning views! Very spacious and the pool was great. It's located along a quiet road and felt very private. It was about a half an hour walk down to the main strip of Costa Adeje, all downhill, so I would recommend a taxi back up to the property to avoid walking uphill! We did however feel the property wasn't very well equipped. There were no tea towels or oven gloves in the kitchen, there weren't enough towels / bedding for all of us and there wasn't much toilet roll left for us either so we had to buy some. The linens were sorted with a message to the host though, they dropped some round the next day. Not all bedrooms had aircon units, and the ceiling fans only worked while the light was switched on, meaning some of our group had to sleep in very warm rooms. During the day there was also a lot of construction noises surrounding us, although this isn't the host's fault. Overall it was a pleasant stay with just a few frustrating factors.

Lovely stay, Villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet location. 20 min walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive. Nice restaurant and shops 2 min walk away. Very spacious too! Very happy with our stay.

Meine Erfahrung mit Villa Ocean Palm war einfach fantastisch! Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber reibungslos und freundlich. Die Unterkunft selbst übertraf unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Zunächst einmal war die Lage einfach perfekt. Zentral gelegen, konnten wir bequem zu Fuß zu vielen Restaurants gelangen. Gleichzeitig war die Umgebung ruhig und friedlich, was für eine erholsame Nachtruhe sorgte. Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber und äußerst komfortabel eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Gastfreundschaft des Gastgebers. Sie standen uns jederzeit zur Verfügung, um Fragen zu beantworten und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in der Stadt.

Tenerife is a beautiful location to spend your vacation at . Roby’s place is locally located near everything. The residence is immaculate with breath taking views. The only negative observation was the house plumbing. All showers did not drain fast enough when one showered and it caused water back up fill. This is a simple fix and not worth using it to affect the overall property score. I recommend the property and will definitely return, thank you.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea with swimming pool and bbq - quiet neighbourhood above costa adeje but still walkable to the centre of town (would not recommend walking back up) - taxis really cheap but hard to get from the Airbnb - lots of taxi in town - close to Siam park and just under beautiful mountains so lots of activities to keep you busy
