We had a brief stay here with our children and grandchildren while we were attending a family wedding at Camp Newago. We enjoyed the convenient beautiful location and had some luck fishing. The Lodge was especially beautiful and equipped with activities for the family and a large kitchen.

This place was exactly what we needed it to be. Beautiful views, especially at night time. 16 girls stayed within the lodge, suite and both cabins and all had a comfortable place to sleep. Brandon was flexible with the dates and requirements that we needed and was wonderful communicating with us. We felt safe, and we’re in a comfortable and clean place. The main living room area was actually significantly bigger than I thought it was based on photos which was perfect for us. Thanks for the perfect place for us to stay!

Perfect place for us - we have a large family and everyone had space to spread out. Clean, organized, and nicely decorated. The linens! Most places use cheap items, but these were so nice - all the beds had soft sheets and cozy blankets - towels were great too! We had all the kitchen needs we had and plenty of places to store food. We loved hanging out by the campfire and the kids did tons of fishing. Swimming was nice and deep for jumping off the dock - the kids loved it. Had a rainy day and there were tons of movies/games/indoor things to do. You might want to bring camping chairs or seats for on the dock unless you move them from "up" by the campfire and then move back down again - we were too lazy for that every day :) Loved the floating river trip nearby in Newaygo!

We had a great time at the Alpine Resort! With the four separate living areas, the space really lends itself well to extended family gatherings (like ours) or groups. We had plenty of space to spread out. The resort was very clean, and the amenities were fantastic - kitchens are well-stocked, there are plenty of games for the kids, and the use of the grills, dock and kayaks was much appreciated! Overall, it was a great stay!
